Grilled Oregano Chicken

For a lighter flavor, substitute freshly squeezed lemon juice for the vinegar. 1 tbsp/15 mL red wine vinegar

1 1/2 Tbsp. / 25 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Oregano
3/4 teas. / 4 mL Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1/8 teas. / 0.6 mL Watkins Black Pepper
4 Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breast Halves (about 1lb. / 454 g)

Combine all ingredients in a plastic zipper type bag. Squeeze out excess air, seal bag and turn to coat chicken. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning bag once. Grill or broil chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting occasionally with sauce. Makes 4 servings.
