Greek Wrap

1 lb. Ground Beef or Lamb
1 Small Onion, diced
1/4 Cup Watkins Beef Soup Base
1 Tbsp. Watkins Oregano
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Garlic Flakes
4 Large Flour Tortillas (or pita wraps)
2 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 Large Tomato, diced
1/4 Cup Black Olives, sliced

Brown the meat in a large skillet. Drain off the excess fat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for five minutes longer. Add the broth and oregano and reduce slightly.

Place 1/4 of the meat mix in a rectangular shape at the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle on 1/4 of the feta, tomato, and olives. Fold in the ends of the tortilla over the small end of the "rectangle" and roll burrito style. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
