2 Tbsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1 1/2 Cups Raw Watkins Rice Blend (your choice)
3 Cups Watkins Chicken Base (Prepared)
1/4 Cup Blanched Almonds
1/2 teas. Tumeric
1/4 teas. Watkins Curry Powder
1/8 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
1/2 teas. Watkins Allspice
In stick-free pan fry onions and rice in oil until onions are soft and golden. Add spices and mix well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray. Heat Chicken Soup and pour over rice. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 F till rice is tender. Top with almonds and serve
