1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/2 teas. Salt
3/4 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup (1 medium) Mashed Banana
2 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil

Heat large skillet or griddle (if electric set at 375°). Grease lightly with Watkins original grapeseed oil. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well. Mix together the milk, banana, grapeseed oil and egg. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients just until large lumps disappear. Pour onto hot griddle (use 1/4 c. batter for each pancake). Turn when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface. Serve with margarine and syrup. Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
