Grilled Shrimp Brochettes

Marinade:
1/2 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teas. Watkins Garlic Flakes
1 teas Watkins Tarragon
Salt & Watkins Pepper to taste
24 Shrimp, extra-large, shelled & deveined, with tail on
4-6 Wooden Skewers, soaked in water for 2 hours

Make the marinade: In a large ceramic or glass bowl combine ingredients. Add shrimp & let marinate, covered & chilled, for 30 minutes. Thread shrimp on skewers. Heat grill pan over moderately high heat until hot, add shrimp & cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through but still slightly springy. Yields 6 - 8 servings as an appetizer.
