1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Large Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 Cup Mayonaise or Salad Dressing
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. Watkins Onion Granules
1 Unbaked 9-inch Pastry Shell
Watkins Ground Beef Seasoning, to taste
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, sprinkle with Ground Beef Seasoning (about 1/2 tablespoon, or to taste). Stir until beef crumbles; drain and set aside. Combine eggs, mayo, and milk in a large bowl; stir well. Stir in reserved ground beef, cheese, and Onion Granules. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
