Watkins Essential Oils (your choice)
Assorted Herbs to match Essential Oils
Examples:
Warming - Use crushed cinnamon sticks
Calming - Use 1/2 teas. Watkins Marjoram
Energizing - Use 1/2 teas. Watkins Orange or
Lemon Peel
Purifying - Use 1/2 teas. Watkins Sage
Uplifting - Use 1/2 teas. Watkins Rosemary
Add 1 - 2 drops matching Watkins essential oils. Shake jar to blend. Cover and decorate the jar.
To Use:
1 - 2 Tbsp. in Warm Bath Water
