Honey Lime Chicken

2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Water
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Honey
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Lime Extract
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Ginger
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
Freshly Ground Watkins Sea Salt, to taste
4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves (1 1/2 lbs. / 681 g)

Combine water, honey, lime extract, ginger, garlic granules and salt in medium bowl. Prick chicken with fork and place in marinade; turn to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C. Place chicken in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan. Brush with marinade. Bake, basting occasionally, until chicken is tender, about 35 to 45 minutes. Or grill or broil 6 inches / 15 cm from heat source until done, basting occasionally with marinade. Makes 4 servings.
