Horseradish Mustard Cheese Log

1 Package (8 oz. / 250 g) Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. Watkins Horseradish Mustard
1 Tbsp. Watkins Onion Flakes
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Dried Beef
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans, if desired
2 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley or Omelet & Souffle Seasoning

In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in horseradish mustard, onion flakes and dried beef; mix until well blended. Chill for about 1 hour or until mixture is firm enough to handle. Shape into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll log in either chopped pecans, parsley or omelet and souffle seasoning or you can roll half of the log in one and the other half in another. Makes 12 servings.
