4 Cups Watkins
Brown & Wild Rice Blend
1/2 Cup Chopped Roasted Peanuts
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/4 Cup Honey
1 teas. Watkins Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teas. (or less) Watkins Ginger
Watkins Parsley (optional)
Combine rice and peanuts; set aside, and keep warm. Combine butter and honey in a saucepan; cook over low heat just until butter melts. Stir in cinnamon and ginger; pour over rice mixture, stirring well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired. Serves 6.
