Heat 2 cups of water in a large pan. Slowly add 1 envelope powdered pectin. Boil vigorously, stirring until dissolved. Add 4 cups sugar and boil briskly while stirring for two minutes. Stir in ¼ cup Watkins Punch Concentrate and remove from heat.
Skim and pour immediately into hot glasses and seal with paraffin while hot. Makes four 8 oz. glasses.
