Jicama-Orange Salad

2 Cups / 500 mL Julienne-Sliced Jicama
5 Oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sliced Green Onions or Scallions
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL Nonfat Sour Cream
1-1/2 Tbsp. / 22 mL Fresh Lime Juice
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Cilantro
1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 mL Watkins Citrus Cilantro Grapeseed Oil
1/8 teas. / .5 mL Freshly-Ground Watkins Sea Salt

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Cover and chill. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk. Just before serving, drain jicama mixture. Pour dressing over jicama mixture; toss gently. Makes 6 servings.
