Klondike Bars

1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Cold Butter or Margarine
1/2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
1 Can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Butter Pecan Extract
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Almond Brickle Chips*
1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips*
* (or 1 1/4 Cups Crushed Chocolate Covered English Toffee Candy Bar to replace the almond brickle and milk chocolate chips)
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

In medium bowl combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly onto bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray. Bake at 350*F for 15 minutes; remove from oven. In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly over baked crust. Return to oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until golden. Loosen edges while still warm. Cool and cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes 36 bars.
