1 Tbsp. Watkins
German Style Mustard
1-2 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1/2 teas. Lemon Juice
3-4 Drops Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Light Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Light or No-Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
Watkins Black Pepper to taste
Pinch of Salt
Whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Blend in Parmesan and mayonnaise then gradually whisk in water followed by oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit in fridge for at least 1/2 hour to let flavors blend.
