1/2 Small Onion (finely chopped
- can use Watkins Liquid Onion)
1 Clove Garlic (finely chopped - can use Watkins
Liquid Garlic)
8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese (softened) - can use Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Skim Milk
1 Medium Tomato (seeded)
1/2 Small Green Pepper
2 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley
1 teas. Lemon Juice
1/8 teas. Watkins Freshly Ground Sea Salt
4 oz. Imitation Crab Meat, Flaked
* Italian Bread or Vegetable Slices
Mix cheese and milk until well blended. Spread in shallow serving dish. Coarsely chop tomato and green pepper. Mix together tomato, green pepper, two Tbsp. parsley, lemon juice & salt. Spoon on top of cheese mixture. Top with imitation crab meat. Sprinkle with Watkins Parsley. Chill. *Serve with sliced Italian Bread or Vegetable slices. Approx. 21 calories per tablespoon.
