Lemon Dessert Sauce

1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Lemon Dessert Mix
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Sugar
2 Cups / 500 mL Water

Combine dessert mix, sugar, and water in medium saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until sauce begins to boil and thicken. Serve over gingerbread, puddings, cakes, or ice cream. Makes 1-1/2 cups / 375 mL, 1/4 cup / 60 mL per serving.
