3 1/2 Lb. Chicken
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 teas. Salt
1 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley
1/4 teas. Watkins Thyme
1/4 teas. Watkins Paprika
Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Remove any excess fat. Place onion in the cavity of the chicken and rub the skin with butter. Place in the crock pot and squeeze the lemon over the chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. I have not tried this one, but it couldn't be easier...
