Mustard Butter

Great for dressing beef, pork or cabbage-family vegetables, pretzels, bread sticks or crackers with soup.

1/2 Cup Butter, room temperature
2 Tbsp. Watkins German Style Mustard
2 teas. Lemon Juice
1 teas. Watkins Parsley
1/8 teas. Watkins Black Pepper

To medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Store and serve in crock or small decorative dish, or use 1-cup decorative mold.Refrigerate or freeze until needed. Refrigerate unused portion. Makes approximately 3/4 cup.
