Halibut, or Red Snapper Fillets
1 Cup / 250 mL Chopped Tomato
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sliced Black Olives
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sliced Green Onion
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 mL Watkins Garlic & Spice
Salad Seasoning Blend
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Salt
Lemon Wedges, for garnish
Place fish in a 13-x9-inch / 33-x23-cm glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon over fish fillets. Cover with foil and bake at 400ºF / 205ºC for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. With slotted spoon; remove fish along with vegetables to serving plate. Makes 6 servings.
