1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 15 Oz. Can Chopped Tomato
1 8 Oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1 8 Oz. Tub Ricotta Cheese
4 Oz. Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
2 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder Granules
3 teas. Watkins Italian Seasoning
1 Package Lasagna Noodles (UNCOOKED)
1/2 teas. Watkins Cumin
2 teas. Watkins Garlic and Parsley Grapeseed Oil
Watkins Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef in grapeseed oil. Add chopped tomatos and spices, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Spray lasagna pan with cooking spray and start with tomato mixture then a layer of uncooked noodles then ricotta cheese and continue alternating to the top of the pan ending with tomato mixture. Drizzle tomato sauce over the top near the edges and put in the oven. After approximately 45 minutes check with fork. If noodles are soft sprinkle cheddar over top and put in for another 5 mins. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Cut and serve!
