Moist Chocolate Cake

2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Original Grapeseed Oil
2 3/4 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sour Milk (1 Tbsp. Vinegar in 1 Cup Milk)
2 teas. Baking Soda to sour milk.
2/3 Cup Watkins Baking Cocoa with 1 Cup Hot Water
2 teas. Watkins Double Strength Vanilla

Combine sugar, eggs and grapeseed oil.  Add flour and sour milk;  add baking soda to sour milk.  Mix in cocoa with hot water then add vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 350* F for 35 minutes.
