Mushroom, Onion and Pepper Sauté

Here is a recipe that is wonderful served hot over steaks, roasts, pork chops, or even rice!

3 Large Bells Peppers, chopped into bite site pieces
1 Medium Onion, also chopped into pieces
1 Package of Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. Watkins Grapeseed Oil
1/4 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
1/4 teas. Watkins Sea Salt
2 Tbsp. Watkins Steak Sauce
2 Tbsp. Water

In a medium frying pan, sauté the peppers and onions in the oil until tender. Lower the heat and add the mushrooms and continue cooking for a minute or two. Add the salt, pepper, water and steak sauce and continue to heat until well incorporated and most of the moisture is absorbed. This stays well in the refrigerator and can be heated gently in the microwave or in a sauce pan. It also freezes well. Enjoy!
