“Land of Nod” Cinnamon Buns

Just a quick warning note before you make and taste these delightful cinnamon buns…they are addictive!

12 Frozen Dough Rolls (i.e.: Supermarket Brand)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2-4 Tbsp. Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix
1-2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
¾ Cup Nuts OR Raisins
½ Cup Melted Butter
1 teas. Watkins Extract (Vanilla Nut or Butter Pecan)

Use Watkins Cooking Spray inside a 10” bundt pan and add frozen rolls. Sprinkle with brown sugar, dessert mix, cinnamon and nuts/raisins. Pour melted butter with extract over all. Cover with a clean, damp cloth. (Leave out at room temperature) and let rise either over night or for at least 8 hours. In morning, preheat oven to 350º F and bake for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and then turn out on a serving plate. If it’s not completely devoured….they freeze well and can reheat in the microwave!
