Back 1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 Egg + 2 Egg Whites
1 Cup Buttermilk,
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/2 teas. Salt
2 Tbsp. Watkins Lemon Dessert Mix
1 teas. Watkins Orange Peel
3 1/2 Cups Flour
Cream butter with sugar, add eggs. Mix dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Drop onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray, they will spread during cooking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.
Frosting:
1/2 Cup Lite Cream Cheese
1 1/2 - 2 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar
1 Tbsp. Watkins Lemon Dessert Mix
Cream together until smooth. Spread on half the cookies and top with the other half.
