3 Tbsp. Dried Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Omelet & Souffle
Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Watkins Alfredo Pasta Topper
1/8 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder Granules
1/2 teas. Watkins Paprika
1/8 teas. Watkins Black Pepper (or to taste)
2 Medium Zucchini (about 12 ounces)
2 teas. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
On shallow plate, combine all ingredients except for zucchini and oil - set aside. Slice off ends of zucchini and cut each zucchini lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter in half or more (you want spears). In large plastic bag combine Watkins Grapeseed Oil, zucchini and 2 teas. water. Close bag and shake well to moisten zucchini. Dredge zucchini in bread crumb mixture. Arrange zucchini in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray. bake at 475*F until golden brown - about 10-12 minutes.
