1 Cup Orange Marmalade
1/4 Cup Watkins Honey Mustard
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Dry Mustard
1 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder Granules
3/4 teas. Watkins Ginger
2 to 4 Tbsp. Orange Juice
2 lb. Slice of Canadian Bacon (cooked boneless ham can be
substituted for Canadian Bacon).
In medium saucepan combine marmalade, honey mustard, dry mustard, garlic powder granules, and ginger. Place over low heat and cook until marmalade is melted. Add enough orange juice to thin out to desired sauce consistency; set aside. Place ham on a rack in baking pan. Set aside half of marmalade mixture and keep warm. Brush ham with remaining marmalade mixture. Bake at 350*F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meat thermometer registers 140*F. , brushing with pan juices every 15 minutes; let stand 10 minutes. Serve with reserved marmalade mixture. Makes 6 servings.
