Omelets

3 Eggs
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL Milk
Dash Watkins Black Pepper
3 teas. / 45 mL or more Watkins Omelet & Souffle Seasoning
2 teas. / 10 mL Butter or Margarine

Combine all ingredients except butter and whip until light and foamy. Preheat omelet pan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Melt 1 teas. / 5 mL butter in pan. Add half of egg mixture to pan. When eggs begin to set up, lift omelets to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. Continue cooking until all of egg has set. Cover and allow to stand for 1 minute. Invert onto heated platter. Repeat with remaining butter and eggs. Makes 2 servings.
