1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Honey
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Vanilla Extract
1 Cup / 250 mL Rolled Oats
1 Cup / 250 mL All-Purpose Flour
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Baking Powder
2-1/2 teas. / 12.5 mL Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Raisins
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Walnuts
Watkins Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 350ºF / 180ºC. Stir together yogurt, oil, honey, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix in oats. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool. Store in air-tight containers. Makes 20 cookies, one per serving.
