Oriental Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

For less hardy souls in the North, October may be one of the last chances to get out the grill; take advantage of it with this excellent dish from Simple Summer Recipes cookbook

1/4 Cup / 60 ml Watkins Hot Honey Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml lemon juice
2 teas. / 10 ml Watkins Ginger-Garlic Liquid Spice
2 teas. / 10 ml Watkins Onion Powder
Watkins Black Pepper to taste
1 lb. / 454 g turkey tenderloins (3/4 to 1-iunch/20 to 25 mm thick)

Combine all of the ingredients except tenderloins in a plastic storage bag; mix well. Add turkey tenderloins, seal and turn bag to coat all sides. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Grill tenderloins over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Tenderloin is done when there is no pink in center; do not overcook. Makes 4 serving.
