The zesty orange flavor in these moist and tender muffins will definitely wake up your taste buds.
1 1/2 Cups / 375 mL All-Purpose
Flour
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Baking Powder
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Sugar
3/4 teas. / 4 mL Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Allspice
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Golden Raisins
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Low-Fat Milk
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Orange Juice
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Orange Peel
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Orange Extract
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sugar
2 Tbsp. / 30 mmL Butter, softened
1/4 teas. / 1.2 mL Watkins Cinnamon
1/4 Cup / 60 mL All-Purpose Flour
Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg and next five ingredients; add to dry mixture and stir just until moistned. Spoon batte rinto greased muffin tins, filling cups two-thirds full. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle evenly over muffins. Bake at 400*F / 205*C for 18 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done. Remove muffins from pans imediately. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
