Tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1-1/2 Tbsp. / 25 ml, divided Watkins Liquid
Ginger-Garlic Spice
1-1/2 Tbsp. / 25 ml, divided Watkins Spicy
Garlic Soy Sauce
4 Cups / 1 L Water
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Chicken Noodle Soup Base
1 Can (8 oz. / 227g) Bamboo Shoots, drained
1 Cup (4 oz. / 113g) Snow Peas, halved
1 Can (8 oz. / 227g ) Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 mL Rice Wine Vinegar or Cider Vinegar
Dash, or to taste Watkins Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Chopped Pimento
In large saucepan or stockpot, sauté the pork tenderloin strips in 1 tbsp/15 ml Liquid Spice and 1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 ml soy sauce. Add water and remaining ingredients along with remaining Liquid Spice and soy sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until noodles are tender. Makes about 6 servings.
