Parsleyed New Potatoes

1 Pound New Potatoes (6 to 8 small)
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 to 2 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley

Scrub unpared potatoes lightly with vegetable brush. Heat 1 inch salted water (1 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and heat to boiling; cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain. Add butter; toss until potatoes are coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 2 servings.
