Peach Bread

1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar or Sugar Twin (spoonable)
2 Eggs (or equivalent egg substitute)
1/2 Cup Shortening
2 Cups Mashed Fresh Peaches
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1 teas. Baking Soda
1 teas. Watkins Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Cream together sugar, eggs, and shortening in a large mixing bowl. Add peaches and all dry ingredients, stirring lightly. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
