Pop Corn Balls

1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/3 Cup Water
1/2 teas. Salt
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla
2 Quarts Popped Pop Corn

Keep pop corn warm in a 250ºF oven. Cook the first five ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixtur comes to a boil. Continue cooking without stirring until mixture reaches 270ºF on a candy thermometer or until a small amount dropped into very cold water separates into hard threads. Add vanilla and stir. Pour syrup over popped corn, mixing with a fork. When cool enough to handle but still quite warm, form into balls.
