Peaches and Cream French Toast

3 Eggs (or equivalent egg substitute)
1 Cup Light Cream
2 Tbsp. Peach Preserves
1 teas. Watkins Nutmeg
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla Extract
6 Slices French or Italian Bread
Watkins Cooking Spray
3 Cup Fresh, Peeled and Sliced Peaches
Powdered Sugar

Combine eggs (or egg substitute), peach preserves, nutmeg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and arrange slices in a single layer in a baking pan. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the bread. Turn the slices to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To cook, heat skillet or griddle and spray with Watkins Cooking Spray. Saute the bread slices until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. Top with peaches and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
