Peaches N Cream Cheesecake

¾ Cup Flour
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
½ teas. Salt
2 Cups Prepared Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix (pudding recipe)
3 Tbsp. Softened Butter or Margarine
1 Egg
½ Cup Milk
15 Oz. Can Sliced Peaches
8 Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese
½ Cup Sugar
1 teas. Sugar
½ teas. Watkins Cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg and milk, beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9" deep dish pie pan. Drain peaches (reserve juice) and place over batter. Combine cream cheese, the ½ c. sugar and 3 teas. of the juice from the peaches, beat at med. speed 2 minutes. Spoon onto peaches to within 1" of edge. Combine 1 teas. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30-35 min, until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft.
