1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Watkins
Pepper Ranch Snack & Dip Mix
3/4 Cup Reduced-Calorie Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Low-Fat Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
2 Tbsp. Watkins Inferno Sauce
3 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
10 (10 inch) Flour Tortillas
Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
Blend together the first 6 ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut tortillas in 4 quarter sections. Spread mixture over 1/2 of the tortilla quarters covering with remaining tortilla quarters. Brush tops with oil. Place on a baking sheet and broil until golden (1 minute). Turn and repeat process and broil until cheese is melted. Makes 20 servings.
