Pizza Salad

2 Cups / 500 mL Uncooked Rotini Pasta
3/4 Cup / 180 mL Chunky Canned Tomato Sauce with Vegetables
4 teas. / 20 mL Watkins Pizza Seasoning
1 Cup / 250 mL Finely Cubed or Coarsely Shredded Mozzarella or Farmer’s Cheese
1 Cup / 250 mL Chopped Green Pepper
1 Cup / 250 mL Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Small Pepperoni, sliced and halved
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Chopped Tomato
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sliced Ripe Olives
Shaved Parmesan or Romano Cheese, as desired

Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain and rinse with cold water. Meanwhile combine tomato sauce and Pizza Seasoning; set aside.

Combine cooked pasta and remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss with tomato sauce mixture. Refrigerate until serving time. Before serving, top with shaved cheese.  Makes 6 servings.
