4 Pork Chops
1 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
3 Cups Soft Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Melted Margarine
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 tea. Watkins Poultry Seasoning
2 1/2 Cups Watkins Mushroom Soup Base (prepared)
1/3 Cup Water
Fresh Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
Heat cooking oil in oven-proof skillet and brown pork chops. Pour off all drippings. Mix bread cubes, onion, margarine, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water. You can also add sliced fresh cooked mushrooms as an option to your Mushroom gravy. Pour over pork chops and stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
