Royal Beef Kebabs

Serve over a bed of rice made with one of Watkins Harvest Treasures Rice Medleys. Accompany with a fresh lettuce salad.

1 lb. / 454 g Well-Trimmed Beef Top Sirloin, 1 1/2 inches / 4 cm thick.
1 1/2 teas. / 7.5 mL Watkins Cracked Black Pepper or crushed Watkins Royal
Peppercorn Blend.
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Mediterranean Herb Rub
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
1 Large Onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 Green Pepper; cut into 8 cubes
4 Cherry Tomatoes

Cut beef into 1 1/2 inch / 4 cm cubes. Combine crushed pepper herb rub and garlic granules in shallow bowl. Add beef cubes and toss to coat well. Thread equally onto four metal or wooden skewers along with onion wedges and green pepper. Top with cherry tomato. Place on grill or broiler pan so surface of meat is 3 to 5 inches from heat. Grill or broil until desired doneness. Makes 4 servings.
