Rice and Craisin Salad

One Recipe Watkins Brown and Wild Rice Blend or Watkins Heartland Rice Medley
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Green Onions
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Parsley
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Basil
To taste, Freshly-Ground Watkins Sea Salt
Sugar, to taste

Prepare rice according to package directions; rinse, drain, cool and set aside. Stir in craisins, peppers and green onion. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with rice mixture. Serve at room temperature. Makes 6 servings.
