1-1/4 Cups / 325 ml Uncooked Watkins
Brown & Wild Rice Blend
2 teas. / 10 ml Butter
2-1/2 Cups / 625 ml Water
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1 Watkins Bay Leaf
In a large skillet with lid, sauté rice in butter for 5 minutes. Add water, soup base and bay leaf. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
