Schnapps

Bring 10 cups water to a boil. Add 3 ½ cups of sugar, bring back to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Let COOL. Add 1 oz. of Watkins Extracts or Flavors (2 ½ Tbs..) and 1 pint vodka. Makes 3 quarts. (Best if let set for 2 weeks) Try Watkins Peach, Peppermint, or Cinnamon.
