Shrimply Fried Rice

2 Bags Watkins Brown & Wild Rice Blends
3 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Chopped Cooked Shrimp, Chicken, Ham or Beef
1 Cup Frozen Green Peas
1 teas. Watkins Garlic Power Granules
3 Tbsp. Watkins Spicy Garlic or Hot Honey Soy Sauce
1 Green Onion, chopped

Prepare rice according to package directions; drain. Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion; sauge 1 minute. Add eggs; scramble. Fold in shrimp or meat, peas, garlic, rice and soy sauce; heat through. Turn out onto serving platter and top with green onion. Makes 4 servings.
