1/2 Cup / 125 mL Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Sugar
1/4 Cup / 60 mL All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Baking Powder
Whites from 4 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Vanilla Extract
1-1/4 Cups / 325 mL Miniature Marshmallows, divided
5 Whole Low-Fat Honey Graham Crackers, broken into small pieces
(about 1-1/4 cups / 325 mL), divided
Watkins Cooking Spray
Heat oven to 350ºF / 180ºC. Line an 11 x 7-inch / 28 x 18-cm baking dish with foil, letting ends extend above pan on 2 sides. Spray foil with Watkins Cooking Spray. Combine cocoa, sugars, flour, and baking powder in large bowl until blended. Add egg whites, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir in 3/4 cup / 180 mL each marshmallows and graham crackers. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows and graham crackers, pressing down lightly into batter. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until marshmallows on top are a golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Lift foil by ends to cutting boards. Peel off foil and cut into squares. Makes 20 brownies, 1 per serving.
