1 Cup Water
3 1/2 Tbsp. Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix
1 teas. Watkins Raspberry Extract
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Egg Whites
1 Baked 9 Inch Pie Shell
Watkins Vanilla Extract Whipped Cream
Boil water and sugar until clear. Mix Vanilla Dessert Mix with a little cold water; add to sugar syrup. Stir and cook until clear and bubbly. Immediately pour in thin steam into stiffly beaten egg whites. While beating, add Extracts. Pile into baked pie shell. Cover with sweetened whipped cream flavored with Vanilla Extract or garnish with sweetened whipped cream after pie is topped with cooled Raspberry Sauce. Refrigerate until serving time.
Raspberry Sauce :
1/3 Cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix
3/4 Cup Water
1 teas. Watkins Raspberry Extract
1 Pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen Raspberries
Few Drops of Lemon Juice
Stir together sugar and Vanilla Dessert Mix in small saucepan. Stir in water, Raspberry Extract and Raspberries. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Add lemon juice; chill.
