Spiced Shrimp

3 Tbsp. Watkins Pickling Spice
1 teas. Watkins Red Pepper Flakes
1 teas. Watkins Seasoning Salt
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
4 Cups Water
12 to 16 oz. Fresh or Frozen-thawed, raw, peeled, deveined Shrimp
Watkins Tropical Salsa as desired

Combine first five ingredients in large stainless steel kettle; bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and continue to cook for 5 to 7 minutes (shrimp will curl tightly and turn pink). Remove from heat and let stand in broth for 20 minutes or until cool enough to refrigerate. Chill shrimp in cooking liquid until ready to serve. Remove from liquid and rinse, removing any spice bits which may cling to shrimp. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce accompanied with Tropical Salsa. Makes 6 servings.
