1 Quart Strawberries, hulled
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Watkins Orange Peel
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Watkins Lemon Peel
1/2 Cup Brandy
Ice Cream
Place orange juice, sugar, orange peel, lemon juice and lemon peel in a 2 quart casserole. Microwave on (HIGH / 100%) for 2 to 3 minutes or until steaming. Stir in strawberries to coat thoroughly with syrup. Place in chafing dish. Pour brandy in a 1 cup measure. Microwave on (HIGH / 100%) for 15-30 seconds or until warm. Pour over strawberries and ignite. Do not ignite in the microwave. Serve over ice cream (Makes 4 to 6 servings)
