1/3 Cup / 80 mL Watkins
Vanilla Dessert Mix
1/3 Cup / 80 mL Sugar
1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin
'2 Cups / 500 mL Water
5 teas. / 25 mL Watkins Strawberry-Kiwi Beverage
Concentrate
Red Food Coloring, if desired
1 1/2 Cups / 375 mL Sweetened Whipped Topping flavored with Watkins
Vanilla
2 Cups / 500 mL Sliced Strawberries
1 Baked 9-inch / 23-cm Pastry Pie Shell
Additional Whipped Topping for Garnish
Additional Strawberries for Garnish
In medium saucepan, combine dessert mix, sugar, gelatin and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into a bowl and add Beverage Concentrate and food coloring; chill until thickened. Fold in whipped topping; blend well. Stir in strawberries. Pour into pie shell and chill until set, 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries. Makes 10 servings.
