Sesame Tuna Steaks

2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Citrus Cilantro Grapeseed Oil
2 teas. / 10 mL Brown Sugar
1 teas. / 5 mL Lemon Juice
3/4 teas. / 4 mL Watkins Ginger
Four (5–6 oz. / 142–170 g) Tuna Steaks
4 Tbsp. / 60 ml Lightly Toasted Watkins Sesame Seed
Dipping Sauce, if desired (recipe below)

Dipping Sauce:
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Ginger

Combine soy sauce, grapeseed oil, sugar, lemon juice and ginger. Brush both sides of tuna steaks with this mixture. Place sesame seeds in shallow bowl; dip each steak into sesame seeds, encrusting top, sides and bottom. Place in roasting pan and bake at 400°F / 205°C for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked to desired taste. Serve immediately. Makes 5 servings.

Dipping Sauce:
Combine and let stand until serving time. Makes 1/4 Cup / 60 mL sauce.
